AR999 Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

Welcome to AR999. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," "your") and AR999 ("we," "us," "our," "AR999") regarding your access to and use of the AR999 website at ar999.online and all associated gaming services, promotions, and features offered on the platform.

AR999 is an online gaming platform providing casino games, live dealer tables, Teen Patti, poker, slots and esports betting services to eligible players in Pakistan. All transactions on the AR999 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). By accessing ar999.online, creating a player account, making a deposit or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them.

These Terms should be read alongside the AR999 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and AR999.

To register and use the AR999 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. AR999 operates a strict minimum age policy and will request age verification documents from any player where there is doubt about eligibility. Accounts found to belong to persons under 18 will be closed immediately and any balance confiscated.
• You must be accessing AR999 as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, nominee or representative of any other person or entity.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of AR999 or any of its affiliated game studios or payment processors.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order from AR999 or any other gaming platform.
• Registration is permitted for one account per person, per household and per device. Operating multiple accounts is a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current and complete personal information including your legal name, date of birth, mobile number and a valid Pakistani national identity card (CNIC) number. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

AR999 reserves the right to verify your identity at any point during your use of the platform — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or in response to a suspicious activity flag. Verification documents typically required include a copy of your CNIC, a recent selfie and, for larger withdrawals, proof of your payment method ownership.

Your AR999 account is personal to you. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted on your account. AR999 will treat any action taken using your correct login credentials as having been authorised by you.

• One account per person: Registering or operating more than one account is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, AR999 will close all but the original account and may withhold any winnings derived from the duplicate accounts.
• Account security: You must use a strong, unique password and must not share your login credentials with any other person. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, notify AR999 support immediately at support@ar999.online.
• Accurate information: You must keep your account information up to date. Any change in your contact number, email address or payment method must be updated promptly through your account settings or via support.
• Account dormancy: An account that has no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. AR999 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy fee after written notice. Any remaining balance after fees will be returned upon verified withdrawal request.

All financial transactions on the AR999 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently accepted for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• NayaPay (digital wallet)
• SadaPay (digital wallet)
• Bank IBFT transfer
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards

Deposits: The minimum deposit is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit, although large deposits may trigger additional identity verification. Deposits are credited to your AR999 wallet in real time for mobile wallet methods. Card and IBFT deposits may take up to 15 minutes to appear.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within 5 minutes for fully verified accounts. IBFT withdrawals are processed within the same business day if submitted before 4:00 PM PKT. Card withdrawals complete within 1–3 business days depending on your bank. AR999 does not charge any fees on standard withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own transfer charges separately.

Withdrawal verification: All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. You must withdraw to a payment method in your own name that matches your verified AR999 account name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

AR999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses. Individual promotions may carry additional specific terms which will be stated clearly on the relevant promotion page.

• Welcome Bonus: New players are eligible for a 200% deposit match bonus up to Rs 40,000 on their first qualifying deposit. The minimum qualifying deposit is Rs 500.
• Wagering requirement: All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of 25× the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. For example, a bonus of Rs 10,000 requires Rs 250,000 in total wagers to be placed before withdrawal.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots contribute 100%. Live casino and Teen Patti contribute 20%. Video poker and table games contribute 10%. Esports betting contributes 10% for bets with odds above 1.50. Progressive jackpot games are excluded.
• Bonus validity: All bonuses must be used within 30 calendar days of being credited. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from your account automatically.
• Bonus abuse: AR999 monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, and colluding with other players. Any account found to be abusing the bonus system will have its bonuses forfeited and may be permanently closed.
• Promotional changes: AR999 reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

By using AR999's gaming services you agree to the following game-related rules and conditions:

• Game outcomes: All RNG (random number generator) game outcomes are determined by a certified independent RNG system. Results are random, independent and cannot be influenced by any party including AR999. Game RTPs are independently audited and published on each game's information page.
• Technical faults: In the event of a technical fault, disconnection or communication error during a game session, AR999 will use its best efforts to resolve the hand or spin in accordance with the game provider's rules. If a fair outcome cannot be determined, the round will be declared void and your stake returned.
• Bet limits: Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, clearly displayed within the game interface. AR999 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time for operational or regulatory reasons.
• Malfunction: Malfunction voids all pays and plays. If a malfunction is detected during or after a gaming session, AR999 will investigate. Winnings resulting from a clear technical error will not be paid. AR999's decision on malfunction cases is final.
• Responsible gaming tools: Players may apply voluntary bet limits, loss limits or session time limits at any time through their account settings. These tools override any game-level maximum bets when applied.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the AR999 platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering under a false name or providing false identity documents
• Operating more than one AR999 account
• Using software, scripts, bots or automated tools to interact with AR999 games
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or game errors for financial gain
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games
• Using AR999 for money laundering or any other financially illegal activity
• Threatening, harassing or abusing AR999 staff or other players
• Charging back a deposit made to AR999 through your payment provider after funds have been used for gaming
• Using a VPN or proxy server to misrepresent your location or identity

AR999 collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with the AR999 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering at AR999, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

AR999 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with the third parties necessary to operate the platform — payment processors, identity verification services and game providers — and only to the extent required for those specific purposes. AR999 is committed to the wellbeing of all players and operates a comprehensive responsible gaming programme. The following tools are available to all players free of charge:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Increases to limits take effect after a 48-hour cooling period; reductions are instant.
• Loss limits: Set maximum loss thresholds per day, week or month. Accounts automatically block further play once the limit is reached for the period.
• Session time limits: Set maximum session durations. The platform will automatically log you out when the limit is reached.

AR999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion if:

• There is reason to believe the account is being used for fraudulent, illegal or prohibited activity
• The account holder is found to have breached any provision of these Terms
• The account is subject to a third-party legal or regulatory order
• There are reasonable grounds to believe the player is under 18 years of age
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to AR999's legal or financial standing

In cases of account suspension, AR999 will communicate the reason to the player where legally permitted to do so. Players may request account closure at any time by contacting support@ar999.online. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance will be refunded to the player's verified payment method within 3 business days, subject to any pending wagering requirements on bonus funds.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AR999 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, or revenue arising from technical faults, server downtime or internet connectivity issues outside AR999's control
• Indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damages of any kind arising from use of the platform
• Losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms
• Actions taken by third-party payment processors, game providers or other service providers beyond AR999's operational control

AR999's total aggregate liability to any player for any cause of action shall be limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

AR999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, AR999 will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Non-material changes (such as correcting typographical errors or clarifying existing clauses without changing their meaning) may be made without notice.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of AR999 following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to AR999's operating jurisdiction. Any disputes relating to AR999 account activity, payments, bonuses or game outcomes should first be raised with AR999 customer support for internal resolution. AR999 aims to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of a formal complaint being received.

If a resolution cannot be reached through the internal process, the dispute may be referred to the relevant regulatory or arbitration authority as specified in AR999's current licensing documentation. AR999's dispute resolution decisions are made in good faith based on available evidence and are communicated to the player in writing.
